The 2nd ranked Notre Dame women's basketball team won it's 15th straight game Saturday, beating Cincinnati 64-42 to improve to 20-1on the season.
It was also coach Muffet McGraw's 699th win of her career.
McGraw has turned Notre Dame into a power-house in college basketball. Now she is on the cusp of a major milestone.
Muffet McGraw is a Hall of Fame coach. She led Notre Dame to the 2001 National Championship and to back-to-back National runner-up finishes. Now her 2nd ranked Irish prepare for Villanova, where McGraw can earn her 700th career win.
When asked if she's taken time to appreciate 699 wins, McGraw plays it down.
McGraw wouldn't have 699 wins without her players and she's had some great ones over the years. Those players, past and present, appreciate her coaching style.
