Nature of Call: OPERATOR NEVER LICENSED
Blotter: Terry Morgan, 70 years of age Goshen, reported a failure of duty accident involving a van and a light pole, that
occcurred at the corner of Emerson St and Garfield Ave. A juvenile male was later identified as the driver. The driver was cited
for operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license and was released to his parent.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT - WELFARE CHECK
Blotter: Officers were dispatched to 2717 Evergreen Lane, Goshen, on a welfare check. Upon arriving at the residence forced
entry was made and the subject inside the house was found to have possibly overdosed on unknown medications. Subject was
then transported to Goshen General Hospital then to St. Joe Med Center in South Bend. A report was taken.

Blotter: Lindsy Willis, Resident Assistant at Oaklawn, called and reported a male subject trespassing on the property of Oaklawn.
The male left prior to police arrival but was located nearby riding a moped. The male was given a trespass warning for the entire
Oaklawn complex.
