Blotter: Gabriel Marquez-Montano, 27YOA male from 221 Rue Bossuet Apt 2001 South Bend, was stopped at 4000 Elkhart Road
after disregarding a stop sign at 2200 Reith Blvd. During the stop it was discovered Mr Marquez-Montano was suspended (prior).
He was arrested and released on a memorandum to appear. He was also cited for disregarding stop sign.
