If you haven't ordered flowers for Valentines Day its not too late.
Many local florists say they will take orders up til early next week.
They say there are some new flower trends this year but many of the classics are still quite popular.
"Well there's a lot more variety of flowers available this year than in previous years, roses are always the most popular, and yes they are expensive to buy good ones," says Greg Powell of Powell the Florist.
The average price for a dozen roses this year -- 70 bucks.
