It was a fun filled weekend as St. Joseph celebrated their ninth annual Magical Ice Fest.
One block was transformed into an outdoor sculpture gallery. Artists went at their blocks of ice with chainsaws and chisels and the creations lined the downtown streets.
And for visitors wanting to get out of the cold. It was Waikiki Weekend at the Silver Beach Carousel.
"We thought well, fire and ice. So if they've got the cold part, we've got the hot part down here. So we go all out. We decorate our carousel figures with fantastic little sunglasses and leis," says Suz Schalon, President of Silver Beach Carousel Society.
It was a tropical paradise as visitors watched hula dancers, listened to surfing music and rode the carousel. Sunday, wrapped up a weekend full of events.
