Nature of Call: DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED PRIOR
Blotter: Robert L. Trosper, 36 years of age, 17586 Furrows Lane, Goshen, was arrested during a traffic stop after it was learned
his license status was suspended with a prior conviction. Robert was cited for expired license plate and incarcerated at the
Elkhart County Sheriff Department's Jail.

Blotter: Officers were sent to 1106 Sander in reference to a 911 hang-up where it sounded as though there was a fight. Officers
arrived and found that the husband and wife that lived there were in a verbal argument over money. There were no injuries and
the female left the residence and a report was taken.
