Tomorrow is Fat Tuesday and we know what that means for people in Michiana -- time to eat paczki's.
"Fat Tuesday has always been a big thing in the Polish community and it's right before lent, so I think everyone is trying to get their sweets in," says Annette Kormelinski who works for the Martin's bakeries.
On Monday alone Martin's will produce close to 23,000 paczkis.
"Today I had people here at 2 o'clock this morning," says Maragret Bueche who also works for Martin's.
All the work that goes into Fat Tuesday is what's helped it become such a strong Michiana tradition, that and all the delicious flavors.
"Raspberry, strawberry, we have a bunch of flavors, prune, you name it, we got it, blueberry, cream cheese, I mean whats not to love about that, my favorite is lemons," says Bueche.
