On 2/10/2013, at approximately 2:05pm, Ashley Reiff, 35, 57962 Ball Dr, Elkhart reported that she was battered by her 42 year
old ex-boyfriend. Ashley Reiff advised that the incident occurred around 2:30am on 2/10/2013.

Bashor Home for Children at 62226 CR 15. Timothy Bartz, 35, suffered injuries to his neck and back, and Kevin Kingsbury, 45
suffered injuries to his head. No medical treatment was required.

On 2/11/2013 Nina Ottman, 56 of Walmart Store at 30830 Old US Hwy 20 reported theft of $129.30 on 2/6/2013. Suspects
were captured on video selecting items in the store and returning them for a refund without ever purchasing the items. The
incident is under investigation.

On 2-13-2013 at around 2:54 am, Michael James Taylor, 41, was stopped for a traffic violation on Modrell at Garden and found
to be intoxicated. He failed a portion of the field sobriety testing and refused additional testing including a chemical breath test.
A search warrant was obtained and blood samples were obtained. He was incarcerated. Chemical test results are pending. He
has a prior conviction within 5 years, making this offense a felony.
