Blotter: Michael Dennis, 32 years old, 4030 W Washington Center Rd, Ft. Wayne, was stopped in the 1800 block of Lincolnway
East for a registration violation. He was found to be Driving While License Suspended Prior. He was cited and released to appear
in Goshen City Court.

the scene.

Blotter: Ashley Lester, 25 yoa, Middlebury, reported seeing a suspicious male in his vehicle which was parked next to her vehicle
in the parking lot at Market Centre at 4024 Elkhart Road in Goshen. Officers later located the vehicle and the subject. He was
spoken to and stated he was waiting for his wife but that his son was fussy so he drove around the area repeatedly. He stated he
parked only for a short time to urinate in a cup in his vehicle. He was advised that was not acceptable in the view of the public.

saw him speeding around the park and almost disregarded a stop sign. During the stop it was found Mr Stalhandske was
intoxicated while drinking alcoholic beverages while being under age. He tested .12% BRAC and was arrested and jailed.
