Maybe you've noticed it and maybe you haven't, but as a society good manners have basically gone out the window.
Anne Coulter, a certified special events professional and accredited bridal consultant in Michigan, has been in the etiquette game for years. In fact, she spent six of them coordinating the Hoosier state's largest and most profitable black tie fundraiser.
Our Morning Show team of Steve, Courtney, and Joe met up with her for a Manners 101 refresher course.
Coulter says society's missing manners likely have to do with our faster-paced, technology-consuming lives and less at-home family meals. But she says despite that all hope is not lost when it comes to etiquette.
"It's gotten a little bit more lax. But I think people are getting back to a little bit more etiquette because it just makes good sense. It's good manners."
