Blotter: Virgil L. Snyder, 68, Goshen, reported that waterfowl hunters on the Elkhart River were possibly too close to residences.
Responding officers spoke to the hunters and determined that no violations had occured. The hunters voluntarilly agreed to move

Nature of Call: DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED (SUSP/PRIOR)
BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made in the 1800 blk Lincolnway East for failing to indicate turn prior to 200 ft and unsafe lane
movement. The driver was found to be the accused Scott J Braden, 26, 226 W Washington st Elkhart IN. The accused was
found to be operating a vehicle while his drivers license was suspended. The accused was arrested and released with a pending
court date.

store and was noticeably disoriented. Officers identified the woman and transported her to her residence where she was
released to the custody of her husband.
