It was for the annual Special Olympics Polar Plunge. jumpers raise money to take an icy dip in the lake. One jumper said he works with special Olympics athletes and the chilly swim was well worth helping them. "I've just had a real bond with these kids, just anything to help them out. I try not to look at their disability I look past it and underneath all that there's some really great kids and I just love being around them,' said Hunter Rankin.
