under 16 years of age after officers had conducted an investigation at address where a domestic fight had been reported. He
was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

Blotter; Police were called to the 400 Blk E Lincoln Ave, Goshen, reference a found 2 Yoa child. When police arrived, they found
the person responsible for caring for the child. It was determined that that child had left the the house where he was being cared
for without anyone at the residence realizing that the child was gone. A report was taken and DCS was contacted.
