South Bend kids had the day off in honor of President's Day, but we decided to get their brains working anyway. FOX28's Amanda Johnson grilled some elementary students on their presidential knowledge.

ANSWERS
1. George Washington. Though 15 people served as the "head of state" before him. Peyton Randolph was the first. He served as President of the Continental Congress in 1774, and again in 1775.
2. 43. Though President Obama is the 44th president, Grover Cleveland is counted twice. He is the 22nd and 24th president having served two non-consecutive terms.
3. 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
4. Theodore Roosevelt. He became president at the age of 42 after William McKinley was shot. John F. Kennedy is the youngest present elected. He was 43.
5. Ronald Reagan. He was 69 when he first took office.
6. Abraham Lincoln. He was 6'4".
7. John Adams. Construction was completed in the last year of his term as president.
8. Gerald Ford. He was appointed as vice-president after Spiro Agnew resigned, and then became president when Nixon Resigned.
9. Martin Van Buren. With a birth date of December 5, 1782, he was the first president born after the Declaration of Independence was written.
10. Virginia. They boast 8 presidents. There are 31 states that have yet to earn the distinction.
