Indiana man facing child molestation charge in Warsaw

A Columbia City man is in custody accused of abusing a 3-year-old Kosciusko County girl.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff Department says Zachery Walsh was watching two young sisters while their mother and his sister went out.  When they returned, police say the mother discovered her youngest daughter had been touched inappropriately.

Officers say they interviewed the girl, and she described the fondling incident.  Walsh was arrested and is facing charges of Child Molesting, Fondling, or Touching a Child Under the Age of 14.

He is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond.
