Hundreds of people in the real estate community gathered at the Juday Creek Golf Course today.
Their goal is to come up with new ideas to help "BUILD our community together."
The mayors of South Bend and Mishawaka were on hand... along with the President of the Chamber of Commerce.
People who attended say they feel a lot of momentum in the real estate business right now.
"So we're looking for opportunities to create dialogue with the mayor's office so we can understand what their goals and agenda are so we're doing things that are consistent with the goals of the community," said the Greater South Bend-Mishawaka Association of Realtors Chief Executive Officer Myron Larimer.
The association is looking forward to more opportunities to work with city leaders..to continue to bring new development to South Bend and Mishawaka.
