Blotter: A 17 year old Juvenile was arrested in the 2500 of W, Wilden for reckless driving when he was speeding 80 in a 40 mph
speed zone. The juvenile was taken home, and released to his parents after his step father signed a Juvenile promise to appear.

Blotter: Shanell Weaver, 35 YOF of Middlebury, was stopped in the 1800 block of Lincolnway East for a traffic violation. Weaver
was later found to have operated a motor vehicle with a habitual traffic violator 's drivers license status. Weaver was arrested and
transported to the Elkhart County Jail.

Blotter; Jose Salazar of Goshen reported that his blue 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer was stolen from the parking lot of CVS, 410 S.
Main while he was inside the store. Salazar stated that he left the vehicle running and his 3 year old white Toy Poodle was also in
the vehicle at the time of the theft. A case report was taken.

Blotter: Rodolfo S. Wilson, 27 yoa, of Goshen called police in reference to a battery. When officers arrived John D. Lung was
found standing in his drive way. We were told that John and Rodolfo got into a fight. A case report was taken for battery with both
subjects being a victim and a suspect.
