The MHSAA held a state wide "Battle of the Fans" and Buchanan has won.
The Herd is the best fan base in all classes, regardless of size...based on a panel of judges and votes on Facebook. Buchanan exemplified a community coming together, from the elementary kids to grandparents. The Herd will receive it's banner on March 22nd and clips from all five finalist schools will be shown on the main scoreboard during the Girls and Boys Basketball Finals in March at the Breslin Center.
