Car crashes into home in South Bend

South Bend police are searching for the person who slammed their truck into the side of the house and left the scene. It happened around 3:40 Thursday morning on Kosciusko Road.

Police say the driver lost control and crashed through a fence, hitting the house. Then the driver got out of the car and took off. Luckily nobody in the house was injured.

Anyone with information on the crash is asked to contact the South Bend Police Department at 574-235-9201.
