Today is National Chili Day. To celebrate the day, and stay warm during the winter weather, Sanctuary at St. Paul's is hosting its fourth annual Chili Cook-Off. The executive chef of St. Paul's, Ken Guillory, challenged 6 different restaurants to the best chili in town.

Texas Roadhouse of South Bend
C J's Pub
Le Peep
Martin's Supermarket
Stevie's Unique Treats
The winner is awarded bragging rights until the next year with the "People's Chili Choice" Award. Two other awards are also handed out including the Firehouse Award, which is picked by South Bend Fire Chief, Steve Cox, some of his team members, and two special residents of St. Paul's who happened to be former Fire Chiefs of South Bend, Joe Doran, and Jack Bland.
The third award is given out by our four executive chefs, The Chef's Choice Award.
