A local group in Elkhart is working to try and make a difference.
The Young Professionals of Elkhart is a group made up of 25 to 44 year olds who are trying to make a positive impact in the community.
On Thursday they held a luncheon to try and better understand the business climate in Elkhart and what opportunities are out there.
"They're gonna kind of give us an update of what's going on in the area, what are some new jobs coming in for other young professionals," says Faiz Khoja a member of the group.
Elkhart's monthly art walk is an event that was created by the young professionals group.
