Blotter: Patricia Holdread, 52 yoa, of Goshen, reported a neighbor has been harassing her because she has called police for their
noisy canines. I spoke with the neighbor and they believe Patricia is harassing them. I asdvised both to be more cooperative and
civil with each other. An officers report was taken.
