LaPorte man arrested for child solicitation

A LaPorte man was arrested this afternoon on charges of Child Solicitation.

Police say 23-year-old Christopher Albin was having an inappropriate online relationship with a 14-year-old girl from Florida.

LaPorte County police worked with the Citrus County Sheriff's Department to investigate the situation before the arrest.

Albin is being held at the LaPorte County Jail.
