Two injured in crash on US 31 bypass

Two people were hurt in an overnight crash in Niles and police believe alcohol may have been a factor.

It happened on the US 31 bypass under the Niles Buchanan underpass.

The Berrien County Sheriff's Department says Jennifer Scot of Galien was driving.

Her passenger, Maxwel Robinson suffered internal injuries.

He was taken to Memorial hospital for treatment.

Scot was taken to the hospital with an injured foot.
