Week 2: Death Spiral - Fox 28: South Bend, Elkhart IN News, Weather, Sports

Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?!  This week, I learned how to do the "Death Spiral."  It is as scary as it sounds...but so cool!  You basically have to trust your partner with your life, take a couple of steps and roll your body to the floor as he spins you around and then back up to your feet in a matter of a couple of seconds. 

Apparently I trust Matt Smith completely, because I dove in and we nailed it!  I'm finding out that I may not be able to do much actual dancing too well, but I sure can dip, spin and now spiral!  Check it out!
