Bethel hosts engineering career fair

Bethel College hosted a career fair for 100 to 150 11th graders from Penn-Harris-Madison School today. The students who attended this event were already in the STEM Academy at Penn. STEM stands for Science Technology Engineering Mechanical. It is a program that is recognized nationally.

Bethel's Instructor of Engineering thinks students need to understand why they are studying the courses they currently are in. "Many students," she says, "end up in a job they don't really want because they don't know what is available."
