Two people are facing child pornography charges in Michigan City, and one of them is the child's mother.
Police believe Natisha Hillard of Gary agreed to let her 1 1/2 year old be used for pornography produced by another Gary resident, Christopher Bour.
The FBI began their investigation after another mother contacted them, saying that Hillard had texted her about the incident.
Bour is facing charges of Buying a Child to Produce Child Pornography, Producing Child Pornography, and Possessing Child Pornography Featuring a Minor Younger than 12.
Hillard is charged with selling her daughter for the production of child pornography and permitting the child to participate in the production according to the indictment.
They are both being held without bond in the LaPorte County Jail.
