Blotter: Officers report- A concerned citizen of Goshen reported that he observed two males that were attempting to vandalize a
residence. The males left in a vehicle, later returned and possibly with intent to intimidate the witness, displayed what he thought
may have been a handgun but did not point it at him or threaten him in any way.

Blotter: Alfonso Ortega, 23 yoa, Goshen, reported a red Dodge Durango struck his vehicle at the intersection of Greene and
Bashor. After the collision the Durango left East bound on Bashor towards Elkhart Road. He could not given anymore descriptors
of the suspect vehicle.
