Traffic restricted on US 6

Posted:

Here's a sign spring may finally be coming, construction!

Starting Tuesday, drivers on US 6 may want to leave a few extra minutes to get where they're going due to construction on the new US 31.

Traffic will be down to one lane, and even stopped at times, while crews weld sections of a new bridge just east of La Paz.

The work is expected to last until Friday, April 12.
