Blotter: Daniel R Goff, 26 YOM, 14 Sunrise Drive, Elkhart, was arrested in the 4500 block of Elkhart Road on the charge of
operating a motor vehicle as a habitual traffic violator . Daniel was transported to the Elkhart County Jail and incarcerated. A
report was taken.
