Blotter: Chelsea Archer, 18, Goshen, reported that her ex-boyfriend harassed and chased her in his vehicle as she attempted to
get away from him. Near the area of Prairie AVE and Dewey AVE the male allegedly pulled his vehicle in front of Chelsea's
vehicle in an attempt to get her to stop. As Chelsea drove around the stopped vehicle she allegedly drove over her ex-boyfriend's
feet resulting in minor injuries.
