Jackson leads several players named AP All-State


Several local girls and boys high school basketball players have been made the Associated Press All-State teams.
 Topping the list is Marian's Demetrius Jackson, who made the first team.
 Triton's Clay Yeo made the third team.  While Jackson's future teammate at Notre Dame- Austin Torres from Penn, Marquis Maguire from Elkhart Memorial and Concord's Franco House earned High Honorable Mention.
 Several area girls were honored as well.  CGA's Andrijana Cvitkovic made the 3rd team.

Warsaw's Lindsay Baker, Penn's Olivia Carlton and Taylor Lutz,  KiLee Knafel from Wawasee, and Memorial's Khadijah Moore earned High Honorable Mention.

Penn's Caroline Buhr, Oregon-Davis' Ashley Campell, Taylor Parmley from Mishawaka and Warsaw's Jennifer Walker-Crawford earned Honorable Mention.
