BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made in the 800 blk Lincolnway East for failing to indicate a turn and swerving back and forth in and
out of a lane. The driver was found to be the accused Christopher C Guess, 35, 2326 39th ave ct NE Hickory, NC. The accused
was found to be intoxicated and refused a Chemical Breath Test. The accused was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

According to the National Weather Service, a strong thunderstorm is located near Westville moving East at 10 miles per hour. One-half inch diameter hail, 40 mph or higher wind gusts, lighting and heavy downpours are expected.
