UPDATE: Three in hospital after Goshen shooting


Three men are in an Elkhart County hospital after a reported shooting in Goshen.

It happened before 9:30 Sunday night near the corner of Middlebury and School Streets. Authorities say by the time police were dispatched to the scene those victims had already been taken to the hospital.

The victims are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. There was a fourth victim, but we're told he received only minor injuries and refused treatment.

The three victims taken to the hospital were 18-year-old Angel Marquez, 19-year-old Jose Gonzalez, and 18-year-old Juan Deigo Rodriguez all of Goshen.  the victim who refused treatment was an unidentified 17-year-old boy.

The shooting remains under investigation. No suspects have been arrested at this time, but police believe that the shooting was not random.
