Blotter; Police were called to 2304 Lincolnway East (Walmart), reference a theft that had occurred. Upon arrival police were
advised by Manager Jeremy Krezel that a female had tried to steal several items and then fled in a black Chevy Cobalt. The
female was identified as Trisha Valdez, 29 Yoa, 2701 Pinemanor Ave, Goshen. Trisha was later apprehended and transported to
the Elkhart County Jail.

breathing. Upon arrival, CPR was in progress. Medics transported to IU Health Goshen Hospital where she was pronounced
deceased. Cause of death pending coroner's investigation. No further information at this time.
