Blotter: Officers and Medics were called to an address regarding an injured and intoxicated person . Luis Romo-Guzman, 21
years of age, Goshen, reported a window was broken in his home as a result of the intoxicated subject. The injured male
suffered a laceration to his right foreman that required stitches . No criminal charges are being pursued against the injured male.
