Blotter: The Goshen Middle School reported a possible CHINS case to the Goshen Police Department and a case report was

Blotter: Ronald E. Bothe, 35 years old, 213 N. Riverside Blvd., Goshen, was arrested at 1111 for Resisting Law Enforcement by
fleeing in a motor vehicle and on foot when he was attempted to be stopped at Elkhart Road and Rieth Blvd. The car pursuit
ended in the 700 block of Bainbridge. He was taken to the Elkhart County Jail on Resisting charges, Criminal Recklessness with
a motor vehicle, numerous traffic tickets and 4 Elkhart County Warrants.

Blotter; Police were called to Shanklin Park reference a large group of juveniles involved in a fight. The victim, a 15 YOA female,
was located in the park who advised the suspects had left prior to police arrival. The victim received minor injuries and refused
medical treatment at the scene. Report was taken.

Blotter; Officers were dispatched to the area of 2001 Lincolnway East at McDonalds reference reports of a male shooting what
they thought might be a firearm in the air. Officers searched the area but were unable to find anyone. Employees at McDonalds
advised they did not hear or see anything. Officers searched the area but did not find anyone or anything that would indicate
shots fired. Everything appeared normal in the area.

BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made in the 700 blk Lincolnway East for a vehicle not having a tail light and for swerving back and
forth in and out of its lane. The driver was found to be the accused Carmeron L Weeks, 23, 1422 Cedarbrook ct Goshen, IN.
The accused was found to be intoxicated with a BRAC of .10 and incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
