·         2:30 p.m. – M-62/ Pokagon St, 1 subject arrested on 2 warrants on traffic stop.
·         5:43 p.m. – 200 block of S Front St, assist to parole/ probation.
·         6:20 p.m. – Cass Ave/ Gideon St, traffic stop.
·         7:15 p.m. – 100 block of Commercial St, disorderly conduct.
·         8:35 p.m. – 56,000 block of M-51 S, alarm.

    The Benton Charter Township Police Department says a 12-year-old was shot in Benton Township.Police say it happened Friday afternoon in the 1,000 block of Harbor Court.They say two men were fighting and fired shots. A 12-year-old girl, who police say wasn't directly involved, was shot.She was taken to the hospital where police say she is stable.Police have arrested 24-year-old Jakeeme Griffin and 18-year-old Juan Hassel Junior for firearms violations.More >>
