Blotter: Rolando Torres-Casto, 49 YOM, 426 N 1st Street, Goshen, was arrested for operating while intoxicated near the
intersection of W Pike Street and North 3rd Street. The accused was stopped after he failed to stop at an intersection where a
stop sign is erected and disregarding a traffic control device . The accused was found to have a BRAC of 0.24% and was
transported to the Elkhart County Jail where he was incarcerated. A report was taken.
