Blotter; Police responded to the area of Green Rd and Wilden Ave. after a passerby noticed a 5 year old child alone. The juvenile
was found to be in good health. The juvenile's mother, who was looking for her child who had wandered off from a gathering ,
was located and the juvenile returned to her. Indiana Department of Child Services was contacted and a report taken.

12 Yoa juvenile while playing at the playground at Chandler Elementary . Jennifer advised she didn't want to file charges just a
report made reference this incident. No immediate medical attention was needed for the juvenile the mother advised she would
seek their own treatment if needed. A report was taken.
