A Warsaw man is behind bars after police say he set his parent's home on fire.  The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department was called out to fire on the 6300 West County Road 100 N. after firefighters reported a fight on the scene.

Officers say James Osborne Jr. admitted to setting the fire and "wanting to return to prison."  Police say Osborne, who lives at the home with his parents, reportedly was upset with some of his family and decided to light the house on fire.

He is currently being held in the Kosciusko County on a charge of felony arson on $10,000 bond.  He had been in prison from June of 2011 to August of 2012 on unrelated charges.
