Nature of Call: RESIDENTIAL ENTRY
Blotter: Police were dispatched to 406 A S Silverwood reference to a fight in progress possibly with weapons . Officers arrived and
made contact with the parties involved. It was determined that one party entered the home without permission. The fight was an
a verbal argument only and no weapons were involved. Report taken.

Blotter: Officers responded to 515 Mercer regarding a subject that was unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived and
determined the subject was deceased. The deceased was identified as 47 YOA William Pierce. It was reported that Mr. Pierce
suffered from numerous health issues including advanced cancer and was under a doctor 's care. A death report was completed.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT - SUSPECTED SYNTHETIC MARIJUANA
Blotter: Employees of Speedway, 1906 Lincolnway East, reported a male in a vehicle was smoking what they thought might be
marijuana in their parking lot. Officers located the subject. The subject showed multiple indicators of being under the influence of
a controlled substance. The male admitted to smoking K2, synthetic marijuana. Due to the subjects level of impairment he was
transported to IU Health, Goshen Hospital, for treatment. A substance found in the male's possession was seized and entered
into evidence. The substance will be sent to Indiana State Police Lab for testing. No arrest was made.

In a notification to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, D.C. Cook reported a buried fuel oil storage tank for an Emergency Diesel Generator had 8,700 less gallons than it was measured at less than 24 hours prior.
