Blotter: Officers were contacted by Peddlers Auction, Goshen, regarding a firearm that they believed was possibly stolen. A report

numbers.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT - DOG BITE
Blotter: Francesca Zdaya who lives in South Bend and was visiting a friend in Goshen called police in reference to a dog biting
her 3 yoa child on the left side of his torso. The dog owner was able to provide me the dog's up to date vaccinations. I could see
the dog had been tied up to the dog house and the rope was broken. According to witnesses, apparently the child had gone to
the neighbors home and was possibly teasing the dog with a large stick.
