Blotter: An unknown person was arrested and taken to the Elkhart County Jail after a traffic stop at Elkhart and Greene Roads at
1210 Wednesday. The driver identified himself as someone who already reported an Identity Theft in the State of Texas . The
unknown suspect was charged with Identity Theft, Refusing to Identify himself, Forgery and Application Fraud. No bond was set
and Federal Authorities were contacted.

Nature of Call: FAILURE TO STOPAFTER ACCIDENT RESULTINGIN INJURY, DEATH, OR
Blotter: Terry A. Stidham, 19, Millersburg, reported that he was involved in a personal injury accident at the intsersection of
Kercher RD and Firethorn DR. After the collision the other vehicle, a maroon mini-van, left the scene without exchanging
information or wating for police to arrive. Terry had minor abrasions to his arms from his airbags deploying , he declined medical
treatment.

Blotter; Dorothy Fleenor; 68 YOA, of Goshen reported being bitten by her dog. She reported the dog's leash had become tangled
in the door way. When she went to free it, she was bitten on the hand resulting in a minor puncture wound. Report taken.

to three subjects walking away from the area.
