Blotter: The parent of a 13 year old female of Goshen, reported that her juvenile daughter left home without permission. The
parent advised that her juvenile daughter may have possibly been the victim of a rape. The juvenile was arrested and released for
being incorrigible and an investigation was initiated for the possible rape.

Blotter: A witness contacted the police to report that they witnessed a young (8 or 9 years of age) white or hispanic tan female with
long dark hair going through mail boxes around 8th and Cross St in Goshen. The witness stated that they first observed the
female go to one mail box and continued his activities but when they observed the suspect approach 2 more mail boxes and then
start up Cross St. towards Cresent they contacted police about the suspicious behavior. The suspect left the area prior to
officer's arrival.
