Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT - DEATH INVESTIGATION
Blotter: Officers and Goshen Medics were called to The Maples, 1332 Waterford Cir Room 305. in reference to subject that was
unconscious/not breathing. Upon emergency personnel
arrival, Paul Ritzmann, 76 years of age from Elkhart, was found to be deceased. He was reported to have a history of health
problems. An officers report was taken.

Blotter: Bounsou Oudomsak, 76 years of age, Goshen, reported damage to his vehicle and several other vehicles that were
parked in the Clover Trails subdivision. Officers contacted four other victims whose vehicles were also struck by eggs . None of
the vehicles suffered damage from the eggs. A report was taken.

Blotter; Rolando Torres-Castro, 39 Yoa, 702 1/2 S 8Th St, Goshen, was stopped for swerving left of center several times in the
300 Blk N 9Th St. During the stop it was found Rolando had been operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BRAC of .22
%. Rolando was arrested and transported to the Elkhart County Jail.
