St. Joseph County says they will be offering a special service next Monday to help residents clear debris from their homes.  On July 1, highway crews will head through the unincorporated parts of the county to collect debris.

You will need to move fallen limbs and downed trees to the curb line.  The crews will not pick up an debris on private property.

County Commissioners urge everyone to have their debris in position for Monday's pass through, because it is a one-time service only.  Their will not be a second pass.

If you have trees, or other debris, on a downed utility line, do not try to move it yourself.  You should contact your utility provider to have it removed.
