Blotter: While conducting an investigation at Roger's Park, 102 Chicago Ave., Larry Bowens, Goshen, was arrested for a Goshen
City warrant, and transported to the Elkhart County jail. A 17yo juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana, and resisting
arrest. Another juvenile was arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Both juveniles were released to their parents. A third
juvenile was cited and released with a court date for possession of tobacco by a minor.

to be the accused Stacy L Leedy, 25, 702 1/2 N 6th st Goshen. The accused was found to have never received a valid license
and she possessed drug paraphernalia. The accused was arrested then released with a court date.
