On 07-05-2013 at approximately 12:33PM Kimberly Allen, 32 reported that someone had attempted to force entry into her
vehicle while it was parked at her place of employment, located at 21608 Protecta Dr, Elkhart. Patrick Tiller (38), a co-worker of
Kimberly Allen, witnessed another employee trying to enter the vehicle and when he was confronted he left the area of the
vehicle and returned to work.

On 7-5-2013 at approximately 10:07 pm, Elkhart County Sheriff Deputies responded to a possible domestic violence incident at
29633 Old US Hwy 20. Julia Davidson, 46, was found to be in need of psychological treatment after making threats to kill
people, and hallucinating. She was transported to the Elkhart General Hospital and later Epworth Mental Health facility for
further treatment.

On 07-07-2013 at approximately 10:40 pm, the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department responded to a two vehicle crash on CR
13 in the area of John St. Monica Johns, 30 of Elkhart, was transported to Elkhart General Hospital for complaint of pain in her
chin and shoulder. As a result of the crash investigation, Monica Johns was incarcerated for operating a vehicle while
intoxicated. Monica Johns submitted to a certified blood draw and a certified chemical breath test. The result of the blood draw
are pending. The results of a certified breath test were .16 brac at approximately 2:09 am.

The children ran into a nearby home and the suspect left the area in a direction unknown to police.The man is described as having gray balding hair and wearing light colored shorts.More >>
