witnessed two unknown white males take 3 bottles of alcohol from the store without paying for the items. A report was taken.

Nature of Call: CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Blotter. Stephen Thompson, 56yo of Toledo, Ohio, reported to police two unknown subjects threw water balloons at the semi he
was driving in the 1000 blk. S. Main St. Stephen reported the passenger side windshield of the semi was cracked as a result of
the incident. Officers searched the area and located 14yo male and an adult male inside a nearby residence. After a brief
investigation the juvenile was arrested and released to his mother at the scene on one charge of criminal mischief. A report was
taken.

Blotter: After observing a vehicle driving without any headlights on through an alley in the 1300 Blk S. 9th St. a traffic stop was
conducted. During the traffic stop officers observed a 32'' LCD t.v. and Dish Network dvr box. The occupants of the vehicle
advised they located the items in some trash while driving through the alley. A report was completed to document the incident.
